The London Extra Agency is an acting, extra and casting agency. This is the registration form for the online database that is showcased to the people hiring actors and extras in various roles. When you are on the database you can be put forward for work that you are suitable for. If you have been accepted and are registered with Spotlight you can add the ‘London Extra Agency’ as your agent and you can be put forward for more roles through Spotlight.

The bank details in the registration form are for when you have been paid for jobs you have done through the London Extra Agency and you can fill them in after you have done your first job through the London Extra Agency if you prefer to. Remember to stay on the mailing list too where urgent and/or unique castings are sent out.

I understand that the London Extra Agency can put me forward for work that I am suitable for. When the London Extra Agency provides me with work I understand that the London Extra Agency will be paid for work and will forward payment to myself directly into my bank account deducting 14% agency fees for extra work or featured work undertaken in television, film and internet productions and 22% agency fees for featured work undertaken in commercials. I understand that I am responsible for my own tax and national insurance as a self employed artiste.

I shall always be punctual and dedicated to my role and will provide the highest level of professionalism at all times supporting the London Extra Agency and providing help whenever required. When working on sets with named actors and ‘stars’ I will maintain my role as an actor/extra with intelligence and ease, following the orders of the director and production crew on the day. I agree to follow instructions and direction on each assignment and am committed to working to a high standard so as to maintain the reputation that the London Extra Agency delivers a first class service.

If for some reason I cannot undertake work that has been given to me I will notify the London Extra Agency at least 72 hours before the work is due to commence.
