Terms and Conditions for people that register their details on the London Extra Agency database.
By registering your details on the London Extra Agency database you are agreeing to following 7 terms and conditions.
1. The London Extra Agency takes 22% agency fees from the booked rate for extra work provided to extras by the London Extra Agency.
2. The London Extra Agency and LW Management takes 33% agency fees from the booked rate for acting work provided to actors by the London Extra Agency and LW Management including speaking roles for all productions including commercials, television and film.
3. That you are self employed and are responsible for your own tax and national insurance.
4. That when booked by the London Extra Agency as an actor or extra you shall arrive on set on or before the booked start time.
5. To respect both the London Extra Agency management ‘Lisa Maria’ and 'Chianna' and the fruition of the London Extra Agency Values and Mission Statement which is 'for both LW Management and the London Extra Agency to provide increasing numbers each month of paid extras and paid actors to productions in London for an average daily rate of £100 per extra (+£22 casting fee per extra) and £250+ per actor booked by Lisa and Chianna'
6. To accept and respect that the London Extra Agency offers a mostly internet based service with very few telephone calls to or from actors or extras.
7. That failure to adhere to these terms and conditions can result in any action deemed appropriate by management at the London Extra Agency.
