I understand and am aware that I can be chosen from work from the London Extra Agency database and from the London Extra Agency website (if I appear on there) and when I am chosen for work through the London Extra Agency I understand that the London Extra Agency will be paid for work and will forward payment to myself directly into my bank account deducting 14% agency fees for extra work undertaken in television, film and internet productions and 22% agency fees for featured work undertaken in commercials.  I understand that I am responsible for my own tax and national insurance as a self employed artiste.

I shall always be punctual and dedicated to my role and will provide the highest level of professionalism at all times.  When working on sets with named actors and ‘stars’ through the London Extra Agency I will maintain my role as an actor/extra with intelligence and ease, following the orders of the director and production crew on the day. I agree to follow instructions and direction on each assignment I am booked on through the London Extra Agency and am committed to working to a high standard so as to maintain the reputation that the London Extra Agency delivers a first class service.

If for some reason I cannot undertake work that has been given to me I will notify the London Extra Agency at least 72 hours before the work is due to commence.
